It is full of great little tips that will help you maximize the space in your luggage. It doesn’t say anything about what to actually pack, but it is a great first step toward traveling light.
As a side note, what was wrong with the term “stewardess”? People in large corporations fight for years to steward large projects, and “attendant” sounds like they are just waiting around to listen to complaints.
